Pai Mu Tan is a drink of the Chinese emperors. Non-fermented white tea, which has only undergone a drying process, has a particularly mild taste unique to this tea. The tea drink has a clear golden colour.

We supply only the finest White tea blends. White tea is prepared in a very small quantities. Mainly in Fujian Province, China, slightly in Sri Lanka, Malawi, India. Teas are picked only from young unfolded buds (In Zhen) or buds with the first leaf (Bai Mu Dan (white peony)). White teas are full of antioxidants and excellent for your skin and general well being. They are the least processed tea, undergoing just steaming and drying process, leaving it close to its natural state with the most valuable properties. The drink has a very light yellow colour, a mild and slightly sweet delicate aroma.
