This unique tea from China Fujian province is very appreciated by tea experts. Milky oolong have acquired subtle nuances of flavour already during harvesting tea after a sudden change in weather conditions. Later during partial fermentation tea also interact with the steam of milk.
Oolong tea preparation: for one cup you need one teaspoon of tea. Usually, Oolong tea is brewed by pouring boiling filtered water over it. The brewing lasts from 7 to 10 minutes.
